FIRM OVERVIEW

Michael Vignieri has operated Michael Vignieri & Associates as a sole owner for the past thirty plus years.  In 1989 Mr. Vignieri recognized a significant need that was not being satisfied in regard to a variety of difficulties, challenges and issues specific to real property.  The formation of his business was a focused and dedicated move to fill this need.

Since its inception,  Michael Vignieri & Associates has successfully handled a multitude of issues and projects for property owners and development entities regardless of their location.  Achieving success on challenged projects demands focused interaction and coordination with multiple jurisdictional governmental agencies; appointed and elected officials; funding and investment entities; attorneys; architects and engineers; realtors; homeowner associations; activist groups; and, a variety of targeted consultants.  Whether as a consultant or a partner, Mr. Vignieri welcomes and thrives on challenges.

Michael Vignieri & Associates differs from a traditional office employing a set staff.  Each and every project is personally handled by Mr. Vignieri.  In the event that additional entities are deemed necessary, such entities (i.e. "associates") best suited for a specific project's needs and goals are personally selected by Mr. Vignieri and remain under his direction until completion of the project.

Mr. Vignieri has handled a variety of challenging issues on real property and development projects for clients that have ranged from individual owners through corporate entities. This work has spanned from projects dealing with isolated problem solving and entitlements to overall issue resolution and discretionary approvals.  Regardless of location, Mr. Vignieri tailors his expertise to each project specific to its location, client needs and goals, regulatory requirements, political climate, community issues and other salient factors as may be applicable.
